Iain's virtual telephone support is wonderful and a totally valuable service! It is of particular interest to those of us who are less than enamoured by the cold calling aspect of our role! Iain holds you accountable to set that time aside and commit to doing the deed - making those phone calls. He supports you so your confidence grows with your skills - regardless of how the call goes. It is an on the job learning process. The group is there too - everyone benefits from the lessons that everyone else is learning on their calls, which speeds up everyone's learning, and we are all supportive and encouraging to each other. There will come a time when I no longer need this help but just now I would not be without this service.
